Cisco is an extermely trusted name for security and larger enterprises that are already Cisco customers may prefer thier WebEX event center platform. They interface layout is straight forward and you can tell WebEX has put in some serious R&D into making this look clean and modern.
GoToWebinar
GoToWebinar benefits from the GoToMeeting's huge industry presence as the #2 web conferencing platform for professionals after Skype. GoToWebinar's interface is also very similar as GoToMeeting and therefore makes a easy transistion for customers already familiar with GoToMeeting. This natural step up to Webinar status is a huge benefit from Citrix customers who value the smooth transition and reduced training times.
Zoom Webinar
Zoom's webinar offering comes in strong with great features and the lowest price point. Zoom has some features that go above and beyond Cisco and GoToWebinar which are noted above. One nice benefit is the ability to accomodate H.323 and SIP systems for panelists who would like to join from a traditional Polycom, Cisco, Tandberg or Lifesize room video conferencing system. Other benefits include integration with Salesforce and Slack. Overall it really depends on user preference. The Zoom interface is extremely clean and easy to use which we love over here at CRS.
